Major construction

Canberra’s urban and civic infrastructure and redevelopment is thriving. Projects for the rejuvenation of the city’s corridor continue to build on our reputation as one of the world’s most liveable cities. These include:

the extension of Canberra’s successful light rail project from the City Centre to Woden
the building of a major new emergency, surgical and critical care unit at Canberra Hospital
a state-of-the-art Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) campus and public transport interchange at Woden Town Centre
