Learn about trade missions and how you can grow your business internationally.

We can help you connect with ACT-based businesses and potential partners in key markets. The Office of International Engagement is forging ties between Canberra and specific countries and cities to encourage trade.

Why attend an ACT Government-supported trade mission

Your business will benefit from your involvement in a trade mission. You can:

  • gain direct access to high-level contacts in government and business
  • experience faster growth of exports
  • secure international orders
  • partner with other ACT Government-supported businesses in your sector
  • forge partnerships with international partners.

When you join a mission, you’ll pick up critical knowledge in areas like in-market regulations. You’ll also better understand the cultural differences that shape your international business relationships.
