Story by CBR Canberra

Applications are now open for Round Three of the Community Zero Emissions Grants program, with $163,000 of funding available.

Grants of up to $25,000 are available to support non-profit organisations and sponsored individuals to undertake innovative projects to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and support the ACT’s transition to net zero emissions by 2045.

The priority areas are transport and transitioning away from gas, though any project supporting the community to transition to net zero emissions by 2045 are encouraged.

How to apply?

Applications are submitted online through the SmartyGrants grants administration system.
