Australia’s sibling-supergroup Sheppard headlines the jam-packed program of festivities this Monday 12th March, as Canberrans comes out in force to celebrate Canberra Day at Commonwealth Park’s Stage 88.

From 2pm – 7pm there will be a huge variety of activities that cater to everyone. To help you make the most of the day, here’s a rundown of the key events:

2pm – Lah Lah’s Big Live Band

The ultimate children’s crowd pleaser, this 11 piece band will have kids singing and dancing along to music ranging from jazz and gypsy to surf-rock.

3pm – Lucy Sugerman

From street busking to the Grand Final on The Voice Australia, discover why Canberra’s own “national treasure” is such a huge sensation.

4pm – Ali Barter

This Triple J unearthed winner covers a gamut of styles, from electronic to folk, pop to blues and indie.

5pm – Nicole Millar

Also a Triple J unearthed winner, Nicole is best known for her award-winning collaboration “High” with Peking Duk and a number of other club hits.
6pm – Sheppard

They topped the Aria Charts with their single Geronimo and their infectiously catchy vocals and lively stage presence make them the perfect finale to a great day.
